Join the Movement

This work needs you.

The NO! Initiative is powered by people who refuse to look away. Whether you volunteer a few hours a month, intern for a semester, or build a career here — you belong in this movement.

Why Join Us

More than a role.

When you join The NO! Initiative, you are not filling a slot — you are contributing to a mission that changes how communities understand and respond to harm. Every person who joins us makes the work more possible.

Real Impact

Your work directly shapes the programs, content, and advocacy that reach survivors and communities.

Meaningful Community

You will work alongside educators, advocates, survivors, and allies who take this work seriously.

Growth & Learning

We invest in the people who invest in us — through mentorship, training, and real responsibility.
